Gimbal stabilization

The gimbal stabilization unit was developed by AeroMap. It stabilizes all sensors, including laser scanner, and is positoned by the flight management system depending on the current flight situation.

  • Pitch/roll: +/- 10°
  • Heading: +/- 25°
  • Accuracy: < 0,5°
  • FMC: Forward Motion Compensation
  • Dead weight approx. 6 kg
  • Payload stabilized up to 25 kg
